    "Loved this place UNTIL.... I tried to cancel my membership. They ignored my emails, spoke to the manager and she completely disregarded to cancel my membership. Calls have been screened. Spoke to a Luke said he would get back to me never did. I even canceled my card since they would not let me cancel and somehow they got my new card information... EXTREMELY CONCERNING!!!! I don't understand how you can run a business and now allow someone to change they're membership. I am moving which is the reason I need to change but they continue to ignore my requests for 2 months now."

    "I was a longtime member and always loved this gym for its small, family feel. Sadly, that's gone. They switched to a third-party payment system that makes canceling nearly impossible. After my cancellation request, I was still hit with four separate fees, including a full month's charge just 8 days after my normal monthly fee, and told I owed more. The general manager was unempathetic and rude. What used to feel special now feels like just another big-box gym. I won't be returning."
